Benchmark Management Group has been in the property management business, serving the Rocky Mount area, since 1987.  The company was founded by Randy Evans and Frank Harrison, local owners & developers from the community. They initially began managing their own properties, which consisted of Bridgewood Apartments, single family homes, and office buildings in Rocky Mount.

The company continued to grow with the addition of The Woods at Benvenue in 1989, followed by Cornerstone Apartments, as well as various commercial office buildings and single family homes.  We are proud to also manage both commercial and residential properties, for investors seeking an experienced and professional staff.
